Not every practice publishes appointments through WellNear. Bookable listings show available times on this website. Other listings only show public details so you can contact the practice yourself.
You can book many WellNear appointments as a guest. Creating a free account makes it easier to view appointments, save favourites and book again.
Open your booking from your account or use the link in your confirmation. The options available depend on the practice’s booking and cancellation terms.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered during booking is correct. You can also view the appointment from your WellNear account where available.
Contact the practice directly about treatments, suitability, arrival times or clinic policy. WellNear can help with your WellNear account, this website, listing information or a booking made through WellNear. We cannot give clinical advice.
An unclaimed listing uses publicly available business information and has not yet been managed by the practice. It does not offer WellNear online booking unless the practice connects and publishes availability.
Always check the specific verification label. It should explain whether WellNear has checked the practice’s ownership, an individual’s identity or another stated detail. Verification is not medical advice and does not guarantee that a treatment is suitable for you.
Some practices allow bookings for another person. Enter accurate attendee information and follow any instructions sent by the practice. Contact the practice if the attendee is a child or requires additional support. WellNear cannot give clinical advice about who may attend.
Public WellNear reviews can only be left after a completed WellNear booking. Login alone is not enough. There is one active review per customer per practice, labelled “Verified booking”. Google ratings, where shown, stay separate and are not mixed into the WellNear score. The practice can respond once it has claimed the listing, but it cannot delete a customer review. Questions about a specific appointment should go to the practice.
