Using WellNear
Search and book as a guest or a member. Do not misuse listings, reviews or other people’s data.
The contract for treatment
Your appointment is with the practice. Prices, duration and cancellation rules are those shown at checkout.
Listings
Practices publish public information from CliniForm. WellNear may hide a listing that is incomplete, misleading or unsafe.
Marketplace introduction fee
WellNear charges businesses 10% of a genuinely new customer’s first completed marketplace appointment, capped at £10, with no minimum. The same fee applies on every CliniForm plan. Repeat bookings, existing clients, direct booking links, website, Google, social or QR bookings, cancellations and correctly recorded no-shows are commission-free. Card-processing fees are separate and only apply when payment is taken online.
