What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They can be first-party (set by WellNear) or third-party (set by another service if it is loaded on a page).
How WellNear uses them
We use strictly necessary cookies so you can search, sign in, complete a booking and send a support message. Preference storage is optional. Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are loaded on every page.

Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies keep your session, protect forms from forgery, remember that you have made a cookie choice, and keep you signed in if you choose “Remember me”. They are always active because WellNear cannot run without them.
Preference cookies
If you allow preferences, WellNear may remember distance units (miles or kilometres) and recent or saved searches on this device. These stay off until you accept them or switch the preferences category on.
Analytics cookies
WellNear loads Google Analytics (measurement ID G-46N175SRB0) on every page to understand aggregated visits, such as which pages are used. Google may set cookies including _ga and _ga_*.
Advertising cookies
WellNear loads Google Ads conversion measurement (tag AW-18461082572) on every page so we can see which visits come from ads. Google may set cookies including _gcl_au.
Third-party content
Some pages can show a map using Leaflet and OpenStreetMap tiles when you open map view. Those tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap to display the map. They are not advertising cookies set by WellNear. If you prefer not to load map tiles, use list view and the written address on a listing.
Cookie duration
Session cookies last for the session lifetime shown in the table, currently 120 minutes of inactivity unless you remain active. The consent cookie lasts 12 months or until you change your choice. Preference storage lasts until you clear it or withdraw preference consent.
Managing consent
When you first visit, you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Optional categories are not preselected. We do not treat scrolling or continued browsing as consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer. If we add new optional categories or materially change purposes, we will ask again because the consent version will change.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in, booking and some forms from working.
