Each listing shows its own policy. The version you accepted is stored with the booking.
Before you book
Read the cancellation summary on the profile. Typical seed practices allow free cancellation until 24 hours before.
After you book
Cancel from your confirmation email or account bookings. If it is inside the notice window, the practice may keep a fee according to the snapshot taken at checkout.
If the practice cancels
You will be told, and you should not be charged for a slot the practice could not honour.
