Review guidance
WellNear reviews come from completed bookings
Customers can only leave a public WellNear review after they complete an appointment booked through WellNear. Login is not enough. There is one active review per customer per practice.
- Do not create customer accounts to review your own practice, or ask staff, family or contractors to post reviews.
- Do not offer rewards only for positive reviews, suppress invitations after criticism, or import testimonials as WellNear reviews.
- You may respond once to a review after the listing is claimed. You cannot delete a customer review.
These professional terms sit alongside the customer Terms of Use and Safety pages. UK law prohibits fake consumer reviews, and WellNear takes reasonable steps to prevent and remove them.

What is the difference between a direct booking and a marketplace booking?
A marketplace booking is when a customer finds you by searching or browsing WellNear. A direct booking is when they use your own WellNear link, website, QR code, social post or Google profile. Direct bookings have 0% marketplace commission. We do not charge because someone viewed a WellNear page and then booked on your website.
Is the marketplace fee the same on CliniForm Pro?
Yes. The introduction fee is 10%, capped at £10. CliniForm Pro does not add a second WellNear listing subscription on top of that fee.
When is the fee charged?
Only after a genuinely new customer’s first marketplace appointment is completed. You do not pay if the customer cancels, a no-show is recorded correctly, the booking is refunded, or you cancel the appointment.
