Is the WellNear listing really free?
Yes. Your WellNear business profile and customer booking page are included with every active CliniForm plan. There is no listing fee and no monthly WellNear fee. You only pay if you later choose extra CliniForm capacity or optional add-ons.
Does WellNear charge commission?
Yes — only when we genuinely introduce a new customer. We charge 10% of that customer’s first completed marketplace appointment, capped at £10. There is no minimum fee. Repeat bookings, existing clients and bookings through your own links stay at 0%. Standard payment-processing fees apply only when taking payment online.
How are payments and Stripe handled?
The WellNear introduction fee is separate from card processing. Standard payment-processing fees apply only when taking payment online. Stripe’s published UK rate of 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards is a useful guide — always check current Stripe pricing.
What is the difference between a direct booking and a marketplace booking?
A marketplace booking is when a customer finds you by searching or browsing WellNear. A direct booking is when they use your own WellNear link, website, QR code, social post or Google profile. Direct bookings stay commission-free. We do not charge because someone viewed a WellNear page and then booked on your website.
Is the fee the same on every CliniForm plan?
Yes. The introduction fee is 10%, capped at £10, on every CliniForm package. Upgrading CliniForm does not change the WellNear marketplace fee.
When is the fee charged?
Only after a genuinely new customer’s first marketplace appointment is completed. You do not pay if the customer cancels, a no-show is recorded correctly, or you cancel the appointment.
Do I need a CliniForm account?
Yes. Create a free CliniForm account to get your WellNear listing and online booking page. Customers find you on WellNear; you run the diary, team and follow-up in CliniForm.
Where do my bookings appear?
Straight into your CliniForm calendar. You see the customer, service, practitioner and time in the same place you already run your day.
Can I control when my listing is published?
Yes. Complete your profile, preview exactly what customers will see, and publish when you are ready — not before.
Can I choose which services appear?
Yes. You decide which services, prices and practitioners are visible on your public booking page.
Can I use WellNear with the CliniForm Free plan?
Yes. The WellNear listing is included with every active CliniForm plan, including Free. The marketplace introduction fee is the same on every plan.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Your WellNear listing stays with you. Changing CliniForm plan does not remove your public profile or booking page, and it does not change the WellNear introduction fee.
Can customers book individual practitioners?
Yes. Customers can choose a named practitioner where you have published public profiles and availability.
