You pay once when WellNear brings you a new client. Never more than £10. Repeat bookings have 0% marketplace commission.
When WellNear introduces a new client, you pay 10% of their first completed booking, capped at £10. There is no marketplace commission on repeat bookings or clients you bring yourself. No marketplace fee applies to cancellations, refunded bookings or no-shows. Payment-processing fees apply separately when accepting online payments.

Fresha’s pricing page showed a 20% one-time commission on a new marketplace client, a minimum fee of $6, no marketplace fee on returning clients or direct booking links, and rates exclusive of local sales taxes. The amounts on that page were in US dollars. Treatwell’s UK partner page showed 35% commission on the first booking from a marketplace new client, subject to location, with all commissions and fees subject to VAT, 0% commission on repeat bookings and on bookings made directly with the practice, and a 2.5% + VAT processing fee only when a client pays online in advance. - The client was not already in your records
- Their first appointment was completed
- The appointment was not refunded or recorded as a no-show
- You can review and dispute the attribution
