Cancel an appointment
Use your confirmation or account bookings. The practice’s cancellation terms may apply.
How to cancel
Cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend. Notice periods and any fees are set by the practice and should have been shown before you confirmed.

Open the booking
Use your confirmation link or go to Bookings in your WellNear account.
Manage a booking -
Choose cancel if it is offered
Follow the on-screen confirmation so the practice is notified.

Contact the practice if you cannot cancel online
Use the phone number or contact details on the listing or confirmation email.
