Change an appointment
Open your booking from your account or confirmation. The options available depend on the practice’s terms.
How to change a booking
You may be able to change the time or service online, or you may need to contact the practice. WellNear cannot override a practice’s booking rules.

Open the booking
Use the link in your confirmation email or open Bookings in your WellNear account.

Use any change option shown
If a change action is available, follow the steps on screen. If it is not, contact the practice directly.

Check the terms first
A change can count as a cancellation under the practice’s policy, especially close to the appointment time.
