Booking for another person
Some practices allow bookings for another person. Enter accurate attendee information and follow any instructions from the practice.
When you can book for someone else
This is not available for every practice. If the option is shown during checkout, enter the attendee’s correct name and contact details.

Do not put another person’s details in your own name field unless the form asks you to.
