Wellbeing guide
Build a wellbeing routine you can actually keep
A routine lasts when it is small enough for an ordinary week: a short session, a person you trust, and the next visit booked before the habit has to rely on motivation.
Start with one repeat, not a new identity
A walk, a class, a counselling session or a haircut on a regular rhythm is enough to begin. Pick the one that would make the biggest difference if it actually happened. Leave the rest for later.
Remove the reasons you skip it
Long travel, a time you already give to something else, and a plan that needs you to feel inspired will fail quietly. Choose a nearer option, a protected hour and a session that still counts when you are tired.
- One session you can name
- A day and time that already exist in the week
- A person or place you would go back to
- The next visit booked before you need a fresh decision
Keep it by rebooking, not by starting again
If you miss a week, book the next one. Do not redesign the routine. The version you can keep is the one that survives a busy fortnight. WellNear is there when you want to find that next appointment locally.
