Guest booking or a WellNear account?
You do not always need an account to complete a booking. Creating a free WellNear customer account is useful if you want to come back to appointments and saved professionals.
Booking as a guest
If the checkout offers a guest path, you can finish the booking with your details for that appointment. Keep the confirmation email — that is your record until you sign in.
What a customer account is for
A WellNear customer account is for appointments, favourites, reviews and your profile. It is not a professional or practice account. Practices join through CliniForm.
