Plans change. How you cancel or move an appointment depends on the practice’s policy and whether the booking was made online on WellNear.
Find the booking first
If you have a WellNear account, open your appointments. If you booked as a guest, use the confirmation email. Help Centre articles cover the account steps in more detail.
The practice sets the terms
Cancellation windows and any fees belong to the practice. Read them before you confirm, especially for longer treatments or mobile visits.
