How reviews work on WellNear
WellNear reviews are not open comments on a profile. They follow a completed, eligible booking so other customers can read about a real visit.
Who can leave a review
After an eligible booking is completed, WellNear invites you to review that appointment. Guest bookings can still lead to a review if the confirmation is tied to the visit. You cannot review a practice you have not booked through an eligible path.
What to write
Stick to the appointment you had: punctuality, how the practitioner explained the work, the room, and whether you would return. Avoid medical claims or other people’s names. The practice can see that the review is linked to a booking.
Unclaimed listings
Directory-only listings usually have no WellNear booking reviews yet. That is not a quality judgement — it means nobody has completed an eligible booking on this site.
