How live availability works
Where a practice publishes appointments on WellNear, the times you see are real openings in their CliniForm diary — not a waiting list. Unclaimed listings will not show those times.
Connected listings
A connected practice publishes services and open slots. When you choose a time, WellNear holds it briefly while you finish. If someone else books first, that slot disappears.
If nothing is showing
The diary may be full, the practitioner may be away, or the listing may be unclaimed. Use contact details, widen the area, or pick another nearby professional.
Holds and confirmation
A hold is not the finished booking. Confirm within the time shown. You will get a confirmation once the appointment is placed in the practice calendar.
